Exercise On A Trampoline To Shift Those Stubborn Inches

Now that summer is within our grasp it’s time to think about all those summer clothes we will be digging out of the wardrobe.

They have been stored neatly at the back of the wardrobe for at least 6 months and you have forgotton just how tiny they are and how snugly they fit.   When you packed them away your tummy was flat, your arms were toned and there were no bulges to be seen.

Then the winter set in and out came the baggy jumpers and track suits and we gave up all ideas of looking good for 6 months.

We have all pigged out and stuffed our faces mainly because our jumpers covered everything up all the bulges, but now it’s panic time.

Well don’t panic too much, there is still plenty of time to get back in shape before you have to hit the beach.

The first thing we should all be doing is cutting out all the bad food we have all been eating.   Yes it’s nice to eat all that stodgy food as it does make us feel better, but look what it does to us. Next on the list is to stop drinking alcohol.   I know myself if I have a particulary boozy week I can easily gain over half a stone!

So for the next month or so why not tuck into some healthy salads. Not all salads are boring, add a few little treats and spice them up. Drink lots of water, it's brilliant for you.   Finally the bit we all dread the most, do a bit of exercise. There are plenty of different activities you could try.Maybe you enjoy swimming? Perhaps you would fancy jogging around the park?   Maybe you could look at getting one of those 8ft trampoline for the garden.   Or if you want to exercise with your partner, why not look at 14ft trampolines. If you are on your own they even do mini trampolines for you.  There really isn't any reason why you can't get fit. Be truthful, apart from all those unwanted kilos, what have you got to lose?
